How does the order process work?
place the desired items in the shopping cart. You can view the shopping basket at any time by clicking on the link to the shopping basket (top right of every page) (first ordering step).
from the shopping cart, go to checkout. If you already have an e-shop-direct account, you can log in here (e-mail address plus password). Should you not have an account yet, register.
next, you choose the shipping and payment options. Depending on the payment method, you will be redirected to your payment service provider via a secure SSL connection to enter your data.
In the checkout area, you can enter your billing and delivery address.
In the last order step, check whether all your entries are correct. If you still want to make changes, click on the respective order step at the top of the flow chart to which you want to return. If all entries are correct, click on Submit Order.
As soon as your order has reached us, we will confirm receipt by e-mail.
Will my payment details be saved?
We do not store any of the payment details you enter. The data is entered directly in your payment service provider.
Can the shopping cart be changed?
During the entire shopping process, you can view your shopping cart. This data can be changed at any time. Do you no longer like a product, or would you like to have another product several times? In the shopping cart, you can delete items or change the order quantities. The order is only completed, and changes are no longer possible when you click on Send order upon checkout.
How can I pay at e-shop-direct.com?
You can pay in all e-shop-direct.com shops by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), PayPal or PayPal guest payment. Depending on the country and shopping cart details, other payment methods may be possible.
If you decide to pay by credit card, you must enter your SecureCode. This has been given to you by your bank or you have set it yourself.
If you have any questions about this, please contact your credit card issuing bank. PayPal also offers the possibility to use this method as a guest payer without having a PayPal account. PayPal provides different and country-specific payment methods.
Can I enter a different delivery address?
At the checkout, you can also enter a different delivery address (for example, your workplace). With purchase on account, this is excluded for your safety. This is to prevent goods from being ordered on your invoice and delivered to a different address without your knowledge.
At e-shop-direct.com you order directly from your brand of interest’s online shop. In doing so, you do not buy from the manufacturer but from Arendicom GmbH. Arendicom founded the online portal e-shop-direct.com for manufacturers of brand products in 2008.
Are partial deliveries possible?
If we cannot deliver an order all at once, the delivery will be split. You will be informed of this. You will not incur any additional freight costs as a result.
What are the shipping costs?
The stated sales prices of the products include the shipping costs. There are no further costs.
If we make partial deliveries, we will still not charge you more. You always pay the lowest price, just as if everything was shipped at once.
When does the payment process take place?
At the time of order, the payment is only authorized. Your credit card account or PayPal account will be charged when the goods are ready for dispatch. At this time, you will receive the invoice by e-mail.
Can I ask questions about my order?

Is it possible to check my input?
At the checkout, you will have the opportunity to check all your entries before your order is sent to us. Is something still not right? No problem, you still can change all your entries. Only when all entries are correct do you send your order to us. You will then automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
When will my order be delivered?
Each product has its own delivery availability, which is usually displayed on the product detail page. As soon as the goods are ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail telling you how you will be delivered and, once the goods have been dispatched, another e-mail with the tracking code to track the shipment.
Despite the shipping notification, I have not yet received a delivery. What should I do?
As soon as a shipment is on its way to you, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment. You can track the delivery status online by going to the link provided in the email and entering the tracking number of the shipment, if applicable.
Detailed tracking is not available for shipments by freight forwarders or wholesalers. Shipments by forwarding agents will be notified by telephone.

The use of the returns processing provided by us is not obligatory. You can also return the goods to the supplier (see invoice and returns note). For the supplier to be able to allocate the goods and for us to be able to issue the credit note to you quickly, please place the completed returns note in the returns box.
How does an exchange work?
The exchange of goods is only possible for end users/consumers, not for commercial buyers.
